• Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aramark Corporation ("Aramark") (NYSE: ARMK) (2020-2024).
• Chief Strategy Officer (2018-2019) and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (2016-2018) of Performance Food Group Company ("PFG") (NYSE:PFGC).
• Held executive leadership positions with Compass Group North America ("Compass") over a 24-year career, including Chief Business Development Officer (2013-2015), Chief Strategy Officer (2010-2013), Chief Financial Officer (1999-2010), Corporate Controller (1996-1999), and Director and Analyst of Financial Planning (1991-1996).

Additional Leadership Experience and Service:

• Member of the Board of Visitors for Wake Forest University's undergraduate business school (2003-2015).
• Acting Chief Executive Officer of Canteen Corrections during the divestiture and separation process (2011-2012).

Through senior leadership positions at Aramark, PFG and Compass, he developed extensive expertise in finance, accounting, capital allocation, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and enterprise risk management.
• During his tenure as Chief Financial Officer of both Compass Group North America and Aramark, Mr. Ondrof oversaw large-scale financial and operational organizations, led significant acquisition and integration efforts, and helped drive transformational initiatives, including a company-wide SAP implementation, public company finance operations, and the spin-off of a major business segment. His leadership experience provides valuable insight into growth strategy, operational execution, digital transformation, and financial oversight.
• Mr. Ondrof also brings deep foodservice and supply chain experience gained through leadership roles at three of the industry's largest organizations. His experience managing complex public-company governance requirements, presenting strategic recommendations to boards of directors, and navigating periods of significant business transformation positions him to provide valuable perspective on corporate strategy, risk oversight and long-term shareholder value creation.
